3 sensors of my Versa are red

3 of the 4 lights on my fit bit are red.  Only one green light.  My texts don’t go through for me to know I have one and doesn’t let me know when I have a phone call.

Hi @LaurettaE, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since most of the sensors are red and it won't receive notifications from your phone.

 

Please restart your Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
