3 week old faulty versa 2 - no reply to my emails

I bought a versa 2 a few weeks ago - on exercise mode it's not reading my heart rate correctly - I contacted customer services who have offered me a refund - I tried emailing back asking a few questions and nobody has got back to me.   

This versa 2 was to replace a faulty charge 3 (10 months old and battery died) which was under warranty so I need to know what the situation is with the charge 3 also as otherwise I am out of pocket for 2 fitbit watches that have been faulty.

 

It's very frustrating not getting a response from customer services after emailing a few times and it's now been days

 

I need a watch to train and I've been a fitbit customer for years!  Not happy.  

 

Can someone please get back to me.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

Thank you for your reply.   I know I do understand these times are strange and most of us are working from home and doing the best we can but it's very frustrating when I'm trying to just get an answer and I think it's because my case is a bit trickier because it a discounted replacement that is faulty now as well as the original watch that it's not an easy case for them to reply.  I just want them to confirm I won't be out of pocket 😭
