3rd party headphones keep disconnecting

Just that. With the release of the Versa 2 that is said to not have the issue of 3rd party Bluetooth headphones skipping and disconnecting. The last update to the Versa didn't address this problem. I feel that Fitbit engineers are not gonna fix this and it will force us to upgrade to the Versa 2 if we want to use 3rd party headphones.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about your Versa. I understand your position about this feature not working and I'm sorry that you're having this experience. Our team is aware about the issues experienced when connecting a third party headphones and they're working to resolve it as soon as possible. While there isn't a time frame when this will happen, be sure that we'll continue supporting the Versa and further investigate to bring a solution for you.
