Using any 3rd party watch shows incorrect stats compared to the app. Example: The app shows 20k steps but any 3rd party app only shows 7k. If i switch to a Fitbit made watchface then the stats are correct.
I've forced closed, reset app and watch and the stats still don't sync.

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. In order to check that your Versa is working correctly, please change the clock-face to a Fitbit one. If your data (steps, heart rate, distance, etc.) is showing as it should, my best recommendation would be contacting the developer who created the clock-face to let them know about this issue, as we don't provide specific troubleshooting or support for 3rd party apps or clock-faces.
