My Fitbit versa has stopped working for no reason for the 3rd time meaning once I send this one back I’ll be on to my 4th device, surely there must be something wrong with the product theyre selling??? Has anyone else sent back their versa this many times?! I am literally so delicate with it after the first time it broke I stopped using it swimming, I stopped sleeping in it, I only charge it until it’s exactly 100% not a moment longer and it’s still broken????

Yes, the problem this time is that I left it at home for around 4-5 days because I was at the beach so didn’t want it to get damaged so naturally the battery went to 0% when I came home I put it on charge (usb plugged into my MacBook) and it flashed up with the usual empty battery symbol when it first got hooked up into the cradle. Then the device went red hot after about 5 minutes on charge and it now hasn’t switched on since. I have tried everything listed on the website including factory reset and had no luck.

I haven't had such issues in the years I am using a Fitbit, the only strugle I have is getting Sleep Stages. But as an activity tracker my Versa 2 works fine. A list of support options for similar issues can be found here, I hope it helps. Otherwise you need to contact support again I am afraid.
