First, I just posted something for help and my post was deleted.   There was not bad language... no nothing.  Deleted without response.   I am seeking help:

1.  Screen is blank semi lights up only

2.  Updated device

3.  restarted device

4.  cleaned device

5.  can synch and see steps and stats update.   Green light in the back is fine.

Now previous post also stated that yes in four years I have had 2 blazes and 2 versas.  This device warranty ran out bny a few months.   I am asking to see if I can get a replacement.   I don't need to upgrade.   I love the app, I am hoping to get a replacement.  Things are just nuts on a financial and mental level due to COVID and this was part of my destressing.   Fitbits tracking and motivation.

With all that said, I am still not sure why a moderator deleted my post.

If I understand correctly, your problem is that the screen is too dim.  That can happen if you are in Sleep Mode by mistake.  Sleep Mode can be found on wrist in Settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

nope.   nothing ever shows.  When soft reset...  aka left button right button hold... you dont even see the logo.   Changing the face... same... updating... same

By your saying screen "semi lights up", I took that to mean it does light up but dimly.  Apparently I misinterpreted.

When you make a post you need to explain what you mean some people on here may not understand expecilly when asking for help.

Well to be fair.. this was the second post in 15 minutes after the first was deleted.  In my eyes I was explaining in the best way.  Misunderstanding is common in this world.  However, being critical toward my definition / description / explanation is no help at all.
