My Versa stoped working after a year and Fitbit offered 50% off an upgrade to versa2. That was two weeks ago and the link won’t allow me to purchase the versa. I’ve been back and forth with support for two weeks with no solution in sight. Has anyone else had a faulty Discount link?
Wondering what is going to happen when it’s been 30days since the offer was given and it expires.

I would call customer support about the faulty link before your offer expires. Once the office expires, I can see Fitbit basically saying something along the lines of "sorry, we did everything we could do, but it's been 30 days and your offer has expired." Don't wait around for an answer from them. Go after your answer and call them directly.
