A call to customer support - Satisfied!

I made a call to customer support today asking them about “inaccurate step count” in my newly purchased Versa.

 

The technician who answered my call was friendly, knowledgeable & patient.
She was calm, supportive & took her time to ask the right questions, listened to my responses & performed the step test (100 steps three times) while she was on the phone. After following her instructions during the “three times100 step” test. I realized that the steps were indeed accurate & I’ve learned a lot from her. I’ve performed the same test on my own this afternoon & the steps still accurate. Btw, before the call I was doing the test wrong. 

 

I’d encourage anyone who has inaccurate step count reading in their new Versa to make the call to customer support.
