A couple of days ago my fitbit versa quit tracking my heart rate and sleep

I've only had my fitbit versa a couple of months and a couple of days ago it quit tracking my heart rate and sleep-those had previously worked fine. I've tried restarting which did not help. I have noticed the green lights on the inside of the fitbit are no longer lighting up. What can I do?
