I wanted to publicly say how disappointed and frustrated I am. I replaced my Versa 3 with another after the first just randomly died. This was right before the new Versa came out. My current Fit Bit is constantly disconnecting from my phone. I reset, re Bluetooth pair it, just to have it drop off minutes to seconds later. I kinda feel that it's a push to make me upgrade to the versa 4. It's annoying. I liked my first Versa. It was with me on my beginning health journey. I liked its simple layout, the ability to see texts, the motivation it gave me. It helped me as I lost 130lbs. I am now training for a half marathon! But my Fitbit no longer serves it's purpose and it's unreliable. When people ask me how I lost the weight or ask for tips, I'm not recommending a Fit Bit to them. Though it did help me in the beginning, I won't stand by or promote a product the company won't fix a bug or keep tech support for ALL their products, even old ones, in order for people to upgrade. That's lousy business. Customer service isn't helpful. And to pay shipping to send back their defective product is insulting. Sorry Fitbit, it's time to look at other fitness watches. I'm sad that I can't continue with you while I run my half marathon. I wanted to be a success story for you.
