After having struggled with synch issues for weeks today my Versa is no longer visible on the app, it is simply vanished. I presume I can do a factory reset and then set it up again, but really? It should not become a job to manage your tracking device, the expectation is that it works and that it is not a sensitive little flower that I need to treat carefully. My Charge HR never had any kind of problems of that sorts.

That happened with a friend's Alta HR. He ( or his grandkid) was fiddling with the app while on vacation and somehow deleted it from his account unknowingly. Told me he had a problem syncing and I discovered it was gone. I would not worry too much. Just add it back.

My Versa has done the same thing and I did remove the device and added it back. I get to where it says 'Found it!', then is sits there "connecting to Tracker'. I'm connect to wi-fi and Bluetooth. This has happened once before and I removed and added back, but it worked then. Also, I've completely shut down my phone and started up again then started the remove/add process all over again to no avail!
