Brand new Versa 2 as of last week. I was alerted of a firmware update on 10/21/22 and took it. Prior to the update I had 103 zone minutes and after they were gone! My heart rate data now shows that a 4 mile hike was all below active zone rates despite me being able to see on the graph that so was clearly in cardio zone. Online chat support was not able to resolve. Anyone else having issues?
