Just to preface this, I am 30 weeks pregnant. I woke up a few moments ago and decided to sync my fitbit and saw this scary high heart rate of 206 for 13 minutes. That’s got to be a glitch right? My heart rate never goes above 140, and I was sleeping. Also the way the actual line looks where it’s perfectly in the zones as it rises and falls makes me think it’s a glitch or that it moved on my wrist during the night. I can feel my baby kicking so I know she’s okay, but this scares me.

Let me preface this with I AM NOT MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL! First of all, probably a fluke. I've noticed my HR will be super high when exercising if the strap isn't tight enough on my wrist (wrist based HR measuring struggles). I also know someone with sleep apnea with an apple watch who would track his sleep and he would notice spikes in his heart rate like this when he wouldn't wear his c-pap machine. Maybe you slept on your back or side causing the strap to be weirdly positioned on your wrist. Worth mentioning at your next Drs appointment though, just incase. One can never be too safe with a little one on the way. CONGRATS!

Hey, i am 34 weeks pregnant and this just happened to me again, i think it’s the 4th time this has happened to me but it’s only ever happened during pregnancy. Did you work out what it was?
