About ready to put this thing on Ebay!

I've had my Versa since the end of November and I want to smack it in its little head!

Had a lot of trouble setting it up in the first place - can't find it, bluetooth issues, is it turned on, yadda yadda. Finally got it set up, then two days later had to completely factory reset it when a new clock face froze it up completely. Finally got it set up again, and it's been mostly okay since then.

BUT. I have never had a single day where I could tap the sync button once and have it actually work. Most days I have to tap it several times, sometimes a dozen or 20 times to get it to sync.

Then the notice came up about the new OS for it, and I have tried many, many times to run that and it absolutely will not do it. Not on bluetooth, not on wi-fi. Finally had some time and read up on it and decided to try uninstalling the Versa from the phone app. (After spending literally hours and hours to sync up the last batch of data first.)

Now it doesn't want to add the Versa to the phone app yet again. Searching, not working, try this, try that. Have turned bluetooth off and back on. Have rebooted the watch. Nothing's working. Sometimes it finds it but then conks out when trying to go to the next step. Most of the time I click Try Again about six times and it eventually says it's having bluetooth issues, cancel or restart bluetooth, and if I restart bluetooth, it starts the whole process over from the very first "add" screen.

Not to mention, I can't get rid of the little notification bar on my phone and a lot of the time, that hangs up my entire lock screen. I have to swipe and swipe and swipe just to open my phone!

Very frustrated. I am not a tech idiot, but this thing has me seeing red most days.

Oh, and no, there are no other bluetooth devices connected to my phone.

Have spent all day hitting "try again". Rebooted phone, rebooted watch, nothing. Did a factory reset on the watch. Nothing. Deleted and reinstalled app. Nothing. Deleted phone app and added app to Kindle, had no issues connecting the bluetooth, but when I go to "Add Device" and choose Versa from the list of watches, it dumps me back to the account page.

I'm sick of this. Nothing works and now the watch doesn't even work because it's still at the beginning of the factory reset and won't move forward without it being connected to an app.
