About to throw my Versa OUT!

Very frustrate, I have tried every step taken to try to get my Versa to get notifications but to no prevail, the crap doesn’t work. I am frustrated and ready to throw this thing out. Can someone PLEASE help me get notifications back on the Fitbit Versa?

iPhone - it was working until apple decided to do an update.
