i opened my fitbit app on my iphone 6s one day and some message popped up about unpairing and i accidently pressed it so now my versa will not pair to my phone. i have tried all recommendations to re-pair it and it just keeps saying to turn bluetooth on to discover a device. the bluetooth on my phone is ON and my phone is discoverable. i have rebooted my phone 100 times, turned the bluetooth on/off, deleted all devices out of fitbit app, etc and it will not pair it just keeps telling me to turn bluetooth on.
the data is fine on the watch itself it just wont pair to the app on my phone.
p.s. both my iphone and fitbit app are up to date.

THANK YOU. at long last it's fixed.
i had to go all the way to step 10 and uninstall and reinstall the app and reinstalling the app took like an hour+ for some reason and then setting up the versa took another hour+ but it works and syncs now and i also get my alerts on my watch again (which had stopped)
thank you!
