I forgot my email adress & password,,i can’t use the fitbit versa tracker,,any one solve this issue???

Hi, remove your Versa from the Fitbit account, if it's still there, remove Fitbit from your phone, restart your phone and reinstall Fitbit again and create a new account and setup your Versa all over again. See this article and this one. Hope this helps you.

@Razik32 do you get your weekly Fitbit reports on Monday? If so they are sent to the email that the account is registered with. Expanding the header will give you the address.

I see your posting from an account that was setup a few days ago, is this the same account that you have a question about? If so then go to your profile, your registered email will be at the top.

 

Removing the tracker from an account that you don't have access to would be a problem, but is not necessary to add your tracker to the account your now posting from and would be a second option if you don't mind losing your history.
