Account transfer failed and now I have a new phone

I failed to transfer my Fitbit account in time, and last year I bought a new phone. I cannot login to the app, and I am stuck.

Late last year, I bought a new phone before the holidays, and did not login to the app to update everything. I am now stuck in a loop where I cannot use Google to login, nor can I use my Fitbit credentials because I was reluctant to move my data over to Google. I'll need tech help for this one.

@AlicaJ Fitbit hasn't forced us to move to google yet. I'm still using my Fitbit account. Yes, sounds like support is a good idea. Try chat support?
