I had a Fitbit charge now I have a Versa 2,it won't let me add my versa. How can I delete the Charge 2?

Hi @pass1228,

 

That's odd that you can't have both on the same account.  The only models that I know of that can't be on the same account are the Versa line, Charge 3, Ionic, and the Inspire line.

 

What OS do you have?

 

To add a new device, go to your "Settings" and then select "Add New Device".  Then select "Versa 2" and you should be able to add it to your Charge 2.

 

Are you sure you have a Charge 2 and not a Charge 3?
