Just after a bit of advice. I did a 5km parkrun this morning which is 3.2 miles, but my Versa only recorded 2.6 miles. This obviously threw off all my stats regarding pace etc. Has anyone had a similar problem and fixed it?

Hi @SunsetRunner.  Welcome to the Fitbit forums. Without knowing whether or not you were using connect-GPS with your phone's GPS, we cannot analyze the problem.

If you were not using phone's GPS, distance is calculated as number of steps times stride length.  Fitbit sets an educated default stride length based on your physical traits, but there is still variability among people.

To adjust your stride length see this help article:

How do I measure and adjust stride length for my Fitbit device?

Note there are separate stride length for running and walking.
