Bought my versa in November. First I thought it worked good. But now the last month I really do hate it.
My versa is synching and the time is right and everything but, I'm very active and have a job that's very active so the versa is registers everything but not my training. As example today I have 61 active minute but the watch don't registers that I did my exercise. All week... I have active minute but not showing that I did it. And if you put it in manual you get more steps. I don't understand why it registers all right except this. One day I did 310 minutes active but still it didn't think I did my goals. What should I do??
(sorry hard to explains in English) and why don't you have a support in Sweden?

@Microkaka I am not sure what type of the training you do, but depending on the intensity you may not be granted active minutes. Please take a look at this help article to learn how Fitbit calculates active minutes. Also, try rebooting your device several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.

Ok, as you can see in the picture I have done my active minute but it doesn't show that I did my daily exercise. Only 1 day this week it registers but I have active minute every day. But I will try to reboot the clock and see if it works.

@Microkaka can you attach pictures for active minutes chart for the week, and the exercises for the week?

@Microkaka So basically you're saying it is not auto-recognizing your walks? Open your Fitbit mobile app, tap on the Account icon in the top right corner (it looks like a business card), scroll down to Exercise, tap on the Exercise you're interested in (e.g. Walk) toggle OFF and back ON and make sure "Walks Longer Than" setting is set to the value you want, e.g. 10 minutes. Sync your tracker. Also please reboot your tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes.

@Microkaka as I said, you need to adjust autorecognition of your walk (smarttrack). Every Fitbit account has it. Please take a look at this help article to see how. Please make sure the autorecognition is turned ON and set to 10 minutes for Walk.
