Active Mins and Calories reset

Hi,

My active minutes and calories keep resetting to 63m and 1800cal after I sync with the app and it didn’t count any active minutes past noon. I’ve taken 22k steps over 9mi today, including running three miles. Please help!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your active minutes and calories keep resetting after you sync your Fitbit Versa and the active minutes don’t count past noon. I recommend restarting the app and your phone to see if this helps. 

 

If the issue persists, please let me know if you manually logged any activity? Do you have any third party app connected to your Fitbit account? I will be glad to investigate.

Hi,

Thanks it seems to be better now. It was glitchy earlier this morning but
looks fixed.
