My active minutes and calories the last week have stopped working - my Fitbit appears to correctly record the activity but doesn’t update any active minutes or calories (and yet used to) the last week.
I have logged out of the app, restarted my Versa as other forums have suggested but no luck.
Today I went on a 3 hour hike and still continue to have this issue.

@svonzirpolo It looks to me like your tracker is not syncing with your device. When was the last sync? You can access this information in the Fitbit mobile app or on Dashboard on Fitbit.com. Open the app, tap on Versa icon, scroll down to sync. There should be time given. Also, what's your phone model and OS?
