Active Minutes showing on Fitbit app, but not Fitbit.com

My Active Minutes  yesterday were 30+, and are showing up on my app.  But my company's reward program, Virgin Pulse, takes stats directly from Fitbit.com, and Active Minutes are not showing up on the website.  So I'm not earning any points for activity.  Any suggestions?

Hello @Marthajean77 and welcome to the Community.  The Versa 2 awarded active minutes when it was released.  A firmware update changed it to active zone minutes.  Please check your app to see if you have active minutes there or zone minutes.  Active minutes have a lightning bolt icon and active zone minutes have an icon that has three chevrons tacked on each other.  Active zone minutes are awarded different from active minutes.  You can earn active zone minutes from short bursts of activity.  Active minutes use an out of date "10 at a time" rule from old CDC recommendations.  An eight minute brisk walk can earn you eight or more active zone minutes, but no active minutes.

Please look at your Fitbit app to verify if you are getting active minutes or active zone minutes.  The only way you will get active minutes on your web dashboard is to make sure you do your activity for a minimum of ten minutes at a time.
