Active Zone Minutes Recorded to Wrong Time

Hi everyone, my issue is regarding how the Fitbit app is syncing my Active Zone Minutes.

As you can see from the screenshot below, the graph has recorded Active Zone Minutes very early in the morning when I would have done nothing to warrant this sort of raised BPM; in fact it is very possible I would have just woken up around this time.

The rest of the graph seems to be accurate but I can’t understand why the app has moved a portion of my Active Zone Minutes to the wrong time.

Any help would be much appreciated.

That spike looks to be early in the morning, 1-2 AM perhaps.  I’d check your sleep log to see if you were possibly in REM sleep at that time?  That could explain it.
