Active Zone Minutes are not getting registered properly - Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am using Versa 2. Got an app update couple of days ago. Since then the active minutes are not getting tracked properly. I usually clock over 150 active minutes on any given day and the same crosses 250 on my running days. After the update it is tracking erroneously. Yesterday it was below 50. and today also till now it is showing only 22...

Are others also facing similar issues? Any help here.

Thanks for the reply. My App / watch is updated with the latest version 3.3.7.1.

The issue with tracking of active zone minutes started after the update. It was working fine before the update.

I have the same problem on my Versa except that the active minutes appear and then disappear back to 0 after a second or two. Started after I did that last update. Is there a fix?  JDM

Thanks for the response. Sure will get connected. Just to share, today I did an high intense activity for about 85 minutes wherein I climbed 182 floors. The same has been captured by the tracker. But the active zone minutes is still ZERO.

It was working better before the update. Is this anyway I can downgrade and go back to the previous version?

Best Answer

Thank you for your response @Krishnan1974.

There is no option to downgrade to a previous Fitbit app version.

If you haven't done it already, you can set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

See you around.

I am having the same issue since the update. This morning I did 40 minutes of cardio and fat burning with weights and it measured 5 minutes in the zone and the calorie count seems to be a lot less as well.
