Hi there,
My Fitbit app yesterday correctly showed that I had 9/9 active hours whereas when I synced my app that evening, it showed as 4 and had missed the later 5 hours off.
I have tried:
Updating app (didn’t need one)
logging out of app
restarting fitbit
forgetting the versa on app
forcing app shutdown
restartig phone and any updates (didn’t need one)
I haven't had this issue before and really don’t want it to happen again as I thoroughly enjoy using my Fitbit.
I was wondering if it’s some bug with Fitbit and I’ll have an update to do soon to fix it but I’m aware that it will affect my weekly stats which is annoying.
Can anyone help please?

That should say my Fitbit watch correctly shows the 9/9 but my app doesn’t! Sorry
