Hi there, I need some help!
I only got my Versa yesterday and last night while I was lying in bed it tracked 19 active minutes - including peak cardio!
Today it is tracking steps while I'm sitting still, it's jumping up by massive amounts and I haven't done anything.
I've already reset it, changed the settings to dominate hand even though it's on my non-dominate and I've changed the stride length.
What's going on?

Hi @Ebbzie, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps before posting over here. Because you're a new Fitbit user, I recommend you to check our help article: How accurate are Fitbit devices? to understand more how information is tracked with your Versa. After taking into consideration the details that are specified there, let me know if you have any additional questions or if further assistance is needed.
I'll be around.
