I have a versa.

Until three days ago, my versa counted active hours(>250 steps) and active minutes.

When i synced today, ti no longer tracks these two state.

Any idea why and what I can do to get them back.

Thanks.

Hey @goitz, welcome aboard! Is it on your Versa itself that you see your 250 hourly steps and active minutes won't appear as being tracked or on the Fitbit app, even after you synced? In the meantime, I would suggest you to restart your Versa to try to fix this. Please try these instructions:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Let me know how it goes!

My versa has done the same thing for days straight now. It’s not tracking sleep at all, and my steps and active minutes seem to be getting counted all day, but not logging after 12pm. Did you get you issue solved?
