Twice within the past four days the Active Minutes and Calories Burned have vanished when I synced my Versa with my desktop or my tablet (I didn't actively sync on the other days. Also, I don't have a smart phone and won't be getting one, so I'm not interested in any possible solutions that involve that). Any suggestions on how to remedy this? Thank you for any guidance.
This leaves aside the cheesy Versa screen that got scratched when I reached into a pocket and that my local watch repairman, whom I trust, said could neither be buffed out nor filled in.
I'm this close to moving to Garman or another brand. In any case, Fitbit has thoroughly alienated me.

@MIHCK Thank you for providing additional info. I am wondering if this was a part of data loss that Fitbit experienced several days ago. Can you go to www.fitbit.com log in and see if the data is missing there as well?

@MIHCK Can you provide some additional info which OS you're using? Your tablet is Android or iOS (which version). Your computer is Win or Mac? Are you using Win10 Fitbit app, etc.? I understand that you cannot see the data in your Fitbit app on your tablet, but is the data on the Dashboard if you log in to your Fitbit account on Fitbit.com via browser?

My tablet is a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 with Windows 10. I'm pretty sure I'm using the Windows 10 Fitbit app. The problem is this: until last week, when I would actively sync my Versa with my tablet or PC, all the data on the Versa would appear on the Dashboard. The last two times I did that, however, the Active Minutes and all the Calories Burned during those active minutes were wiped clean not only on the Dashboard, but on the Versa itself. Poof, gone! I know because in both cases I checked those numbers several times during the course of an hour-long stride, and then synced as soon as I got home. Active Minutes on Versa dropped to zero, and the Calories Burned number dropped to what it probably would have been if I hadn't walked at all. This problem only recently manifested itself, and affects not only the Dashboard but also the device on my wrist. Because it came on suddenly, I hope that there's an uncomplicated fix. Thank you for any suggestions.

The problem appears to have gone away by itself. Perhaps it was indeed a problem with data loss at Fitbit's end, as you suggest. Thank you very much for your advice.
