I’ve had my Versa since Tuesday, I was so excited to upgrade from an Alta and so far I’ve been rather disappointed. The main reason I got it was because I read that it’s compatible with Dexcom and it isn’t. The first day I wore it it gave me 129 active minutes, I’m very active at my job and I normally walk fast paced enough to get at least 30-60 active minutes and yesterday it gave me 0, I was incredibly busy so there is no way I only had 0 minutes. I’ve used fitbits for years and I have never gotten 0 minutes when I work and I take meeting my goals on those days seriously so I’m upset about this. Also, it’s giving me crazy heart rate readings. Often 114-120, when I had it checked to compare my Versa was reading 117 and the reading I was given at work was 72. I’ve reset it multiple times and adjusted my band multiple times and nothing has changed.

@Raychael Have you tried performing factory reset (restoring your tracker to factory defaults)? This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, you will need to set it up again by adding it as a replacement device in the Fitbit mobile app. Good luck!

I did the factory reset, my heart rate came down a bit after but still isn’t accurate and I got less than half the active minutes that I usually get at work today. Why is there such a difference between the Alta and the Versa when it comes to the minutes? It really bothers me that I’m not meeting my goals and it’s been leaving me discouraged which defeats the purpose of my Fitbit for me.

@Raychael let's take a look. We need to compare your heart rate recordings with active minutes and some other stats. Please post the following charts for the problematic day (yesterday?):

Hey @Raychael I saw you mentioned you got your Fitbit to use with Dexcom. Have you found a solution yet?
I actually created a watch face and app that gives realtime CGM monitoring. I just have been searching for people looking for a solution because I know a lot of people bought fitbit's for the Dexcom integration.
Take a look at this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Third-Party-Integrations/Integration-with-Dexcom-G6/m-p/3261894/high...
There are a lot of users over there willing to help get you started!

@ahunter8850 I didn’t get it to work with my Dexcom and I actually just put my Versa in the mail to return it today. I couldn’t justify spending that much money on something that I found so disappointing. ☹️
