A few times recently when I have synced my versa with my phone my 9of9 hours have not logged on the app, it shows 8 of 9. It is also missing significant numbers of steps, for example while out walking I received a reminder to Get my 250 steps even though I had walked 2k plus already that hour. Yesterday I had 108 active minutes and when I synced it changed to 78. I have tried updating the app, restarting the watch, logging out and back in and switching on and off Bluetooth all to no avail. Any tips on what to try next?

@Emsgal welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the active minutes and hourly steps are not syncing to your app properly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try a factory. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please make sure to sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

I’ve had steps, miles, and sleep disappear. I tried to follow your advice: go to setting app., go to about...I went to the settings app. (Fitbit) and there is no “about”.
I would really like my app dashboard to function. Please advise.
Thank you, Julie
