Active minutes and steps issues

My Versa suddenly deleted 5000 of my steps but says I have 935 active minutes and 6 out of 10 active hours with 594 steps.  Please help or I must return this device.

It's weird to hear that your watch is deleting your steps and adding active minutes. Have you manually logged any activity recently like walk or run? If you have, I recommend deleting that activity since this might be affecting your information. To delete an activity, just follow the instructions here.

If you haven't logged any activity, please provide me with a screenshot of your information by following the steps in this post.

I ended up calling customer service and got it resolved.  I had to delete and manually enter an activity and it took care of the problem.
