Hey there @Joeyc1866, great to see you in the Community! Thanks for sharing your feedback about the Versa. I'm sorry about the difficulties you've been experiencing with steps and active minutes. I wanted to assure you that we take into consideration all the comments provided by our users to continue improving your experience.
The algorithms used in both devices are the same, so you shouldn't see a big difference between the two. It's possible to get different readings if the trackers or watch are worn in different locations (dominant vs non-dominant wrist).
I'd like to suggest you to take a look at these tips to help you with the accuracy for your steps. And this help article for the accuracy of your active minutes on your Versa. If this doesn't help, try restarting your Versa to make sure it's working correctly.
Hope this helps!

I'm having the same issues. I take two walks per day that my previous fitbit counted (nearly 1 mile each at 15 mins each) and the versa does not count towards my active minutes. I had nearly 10,000 steps yesterday for 1.66 total miles according to the versa. This is after a reset and a factory reset with a customer service agent. I have an email back in to customer service now to hopefully get a resolution.

I am having issues with my Versa as well. I am so disappointed in it. I went two days in row at lunch for a walk that should have been 1125 steps for each day. The Versa gave me over 1500. I was online with Chat for over half an hour on Monday evening and before that I tried restarts and resets. I also got 150 steps for driving less that a mile. When I had my Flex 2, I did not have these issues.
I purchased the Versa through Home Shopping Network and it is passed the 30 day return period. Now I'm stuck with a device that does me no good and that I haven't even paid off.
I picked up an Ionic at Target last night. (I'm addicted to my trackers apparently). I'm not sure that I'm happy with that either.
I would appreciate some help please.
Thank you!!!
Jeanne
