Active minutes are disappearing from Versa.

My active minutes keep disappearing. One minute I have 15 active minutes then when I sync it shows 0 minutes. Recorded a 37 walk today but no active minutes.

Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it to a face developed by Fitbit itself and after that restart your Versa.

@SusanTB thanks for taking the time to report this situation. As @SunsetRunner mentioned, please change the clock face on your Versa to a Fitbit clock face and let us know the outcome.

Are you manually logging your workouts?  I did that once, and yes, some workout minutes DID disappear.
