Active minutes will register and then as soon as I sync disappear. Just been for a 157 min walk sync my Fitbit and then 6 mins later says I have 10 active mins , has removed steps and some distance. Have contacted Fitbit 3 times and even upgraded from a HR to a Versa 2 and still having the same issue. I am not manually inputting the walk at the same time Fitbit registered the walk I know this is a known issue. Any suggestions or do I give up and change brand of fitness tracker.
