Active minutes disappear after syncing Versa 2

I'll do a 75 minute run/walk on a treadmill, five times a week.  The 75 active minutes show on the device until I sync it to the app.  Once synced (multiple times),  the active minutes revert back to the level I had before the workout or to zero...Every single time.  On both the device and the app.  What's going on here?  I'm really disappointed.  This is my third Versa.  (first version 2).

@JenMcB it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the active minutes issue that your Versa 2 is experiencing, I'd like you to restart it as advised in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally.

 

After this, monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
