Active minutes disappeared

I had about 45 minutes of active minites, earned my 30 minute well done, but 10 minutes later it dropped down to 15 minutes. Why did this happened? How can I prevent it from happening? Thank you

I'm having the same problem! I've disconnected all compatible apps such as myfitnesspal and mapmywalk but I'm still having the problem.
