Active minutes disappearing

For the past two days I’ve done some brisk walking (1 hour yesterday and more than 2 hours today) but the active minutes aren’t showing.

 

At first I thought it was a syncing issue especially as today on my way home I synced and it showed 100+ active minutes on the app so I thought it was resolved.

 

When I arrived home and synced again, the active minutes showed as zero.  I then checked on my actual watch, it says 0 active minutes (even though earlier it synced with some minutes showing).

 

I've reset my device and reinstalled the app but nothing seems to be working.

Versa syncing issues after update 

 

you need to read this posting... it has to do with the update that Fitbit pushed.  No one is happy.. it's not your Versa, it's the update that went out

Even though it’s not recording on the watch rather than the app?  Syncing isn’t the issue.
