The last days i have 0 active minutes.
Was on a walk for 1h 24 minutes earlier today, looked at my Fitbit and it said that i had about 60 active minutes. I got home and now i’m about to run and i synced my watch with the app and I now have 0 active minutes both in my app and in my watch.
This is really bothering me. What can I do about this? I have a couple of days left and then the warranty is out. It shouldn’t be like this just after a year for such an expensive product.
All the joy of working out and running dissappears when i cannot log it.
please help!

Today i received the weekly report. It shows that i have 30 active minutes last week which is 357 less than the week before. This is really annoying and i’m really thinking about getting another brand of watch since i doesn’t get any replies

Since no one seems to be interested in helping me out with my problem i’ve decided to start looking for another brand.
