Active minutes not loffing on Versa

Hi Could anyone help. My versa has suddenly stopped logging my active minutes. I have restarted my watch and my phone but neither have worked. Can anyone give any suggestions? Thanks

Same thing is happening to me. Any activity I did yesterday afternoon (steps, active minutes) is not showing up, even though it says versa is synced. It’s also logging those same steps, saying I’ve already taken that many today as well.

Same problems on the Versa in the Netherlands. I now wear my Alta hr on my right for activity tracking and my Versa on the left for only stairs and steps grrrrr. Not one response from Fitbit! 200€ Versa 100€ for the metal band down the drain.

 

Anyone with a solution for Android Oreo? 

Test it on windows 10, Galaxy Note 4 android 7 and on my Nokia 8 Oreo. Nothing works only the setup as mentioned above. So sad.
