Active minutes not logging on app

Hi, I just switched to the fitbit versa two days ago. I have recorded a workout each day on my watch successfully, however when I go into the "weekly exercise" tile its not showing my active minutes or calories burned. It's only showing distance and heart rate. Active minutes is not showing up on my watch or dashboard either, only when I swipe up from the bottom of my watch to view "today's stats" is the only place I see my previous workouts including time and calories burned. Anybody else having this issue? What can I do to fix this?

Hello @scooke11  I'm not sure on which apps it affects. iOS, Android, Win phone, Win Computer App, or the web based browser, but this is a known issue that has affected some and being looked into by tech.
