Active minutes not recording

My active minutes are not recording and the lights are flashing on the back of my watch. Anyone else having this issue today

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your active minutes are not recording. Thank you for the information that the lights are flashing on the back of your watch. As you know, the active minutes are awarded when the activity you're doing or logging is more strenuous than regular walking. For more information about how the active minutes are calculated, please see this help article: What are active minutes?

 

If you haven't done so, I recommend you to restart your Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your device internally.
