Active minutes not showing for activity.

Good afternoon.

 

So, today I started the running tracking like I do every run.  Finished my 45 minute run and stopped activity.  Versa is showing the run, how many miles I ran, pace etc but not giving me any active minutes.  It even shows in app that I ran and the pace etc but says 0 towards active minutes.  I have tried resetting it and app but still nothing.  Never had this happen before and been using it to track my runs for almost a year now.  I will say last two runs it also has showed issues with connecting so not giving me my mileage until run is finished and then I am sure it is a guess, but I run in the middle of nowhere, with my phone even, but still to be expected.
