Active minutes not showing up versa 1

My watch stopped recording active minutes. Not on my watch or phone app. I have done multiple resets, multiple hard shutdowns and my apps are all up to date. Went on a hour long bike ride and definitely had my heart rate up I kept checking but no active minutes. Help

Had to factory reset and reinstall updates

So will all my past work outs be deleted off my account t or just this watch? Will I still see my past work outs my account on the app and computer?

I posted too soon. Only worked until a specific sync/update. Looks like it might be a bigger problem, maybe the app. I am going to try to not sync and see if that keeps the HR monitor running and active minutes going.

Version 32.70.8.0
Is this the correct version for versa? This is under settings and about on my watch.
