Active minutes not working on my Versa

My versa lately is not recording active minutes the way it used to. I typically have 3 20 minute sessions and now I see about 20 active minutes from the 1st session and nothing from the other two. Occasionally it will go to 37 or so and then it rolls back to 20.

Anyone else seeing this?

I would like to follow up on the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it won't track your active minutes accurately.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which contains extra information about how your Fitbit device earns active minutes.

 

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

thanks for responding.

 

I have already done what you are suggesting.  I know how active minutes works.

 

This problem happens only from time to time; it is not constant.  Since some days it works and others it doesn't it is hard to resolve.
