Active minutes reducing on my Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi, can anyone help with this please?  Over the last couple of weeks my active minutes show one number, for example 80 minutes (which would fit in with the activity I've been doing), then when I check again it may have gone down to 45 minutes or something and I don't know why.  My records show a massive drop in active minutes throughout the week over the last couple of weeks although my actual activity level is much the same. Any ideas?

Hi @Megatron67, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the active minutes number drops all of a sudden.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your active minutes. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the active minutes number doesn't drop.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
