Active minutes showing less than actual workout time

The active minutes on my Fitbit Versa are not correlating to the actual duration of the workouts. This has happened today and yesterday. Before, if I’d work out for 40 mins, it would show 40 minutes and not less. I d had my Fitbit for a few months now and I work out 5 or 6 times a week and it’s never happened before. How may I solve this please

Hi @Rmif It is pretty normal for the activity time to be more than the active minutes time as you dont usually workout at a high enough intensity the whole time. However, if yours has changed, then that sounds a bit odd. Try restarting the Versa several times and see how it goes next workout.
