Hi,
My versa 2 broke down, Fitbit send me a new one and with some shipping issues, after one month I finally got my replacement delivered to me today. I know my old one counted active zone minutes but that feature is nowhere to be found. It does say active minutes but isn't counting them. Firmware also seems to be not up to date. Versa 2 says it's at 35.70.7.14 and as far as I could see the last one is 35.72.1.9. Is there anyway for me to fix this? Or will the firmware be updated automaticaly within a few days? I mainly use fitbit to track my active zone minutes and it really sucks after a month of waiting that's the one thing not working!

@SunsetRunner It shouldn't update automatically in the next few days, but you should get a prompt that there is an update. It's been pretty common with people looking for the SpO2 clock face. They can't get it at first and have to wait a few days for a firmware update notice.
