I have had my Fitbit versa for a little over a week, and all of a sudden my active minutes are double or triple what they should be. I am averaging 130 a day, even on days where I don’t work out. My heart is still in the low 70’s, sometimes lower, and it’s counting active minutes. I have reatarted, unlinked and relinked to the app, and turned it on and off, with no luck. Any other suggestions before I return it? I rarely had these problems with my charges, and when I did, they were much shorter lived

@Msull9732 Sorry for delay. Life happened! So, I took a look at your charts and it seems to come together. Around 3-5 pm, you're in fat burn and cardio (which will put you probably at equivalent of or more than 3 METs and will register as active minutes) due to accumulated steps. My question is did you walk, cleaned the house (xmas is coming!), scrubbed the dishes? If that's not the case, I would advise changing the Wrist Placement setting in your Fitbit mobile app to Dominant to make versa less sensitive. Please sync afterwards and give your tracker good old reboot by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.
